Qn: When is the best time to select a Wedding Planner?

An: Let me answer your question with a question, ” How long do you want to stress over planning your wedding?” The answer to that will dictate the urgency in which you will want to consider when hiring a Wedding Planner. We recommend that you hire your Planner as soon as you get engaged, and before you select your venue or vendors. However, we have been hired by couples that already had their venue and selected their vendors. So, it’s really never too late or too early.

Qn:  I am concerned about not being involved with the planning process and losing my vision in the process. Can I still hire a Planner and be involved?

An:  Absolutely!! Our best weddings are designed with your vision, style and personality in mind. This is YOUR wedding and having your input is absolutely critical to the overall outcome. In fact, we want you to get excited about planning your special day, it is solely up to you what you want your level of involvement to be. Our role is to execute the vision you have for your wedding and provide insight and feedback along the way to make the process smooth. Q:  I have a small budget. Can I still hire a Wedding Planner?

An:  Just as there are wedding dresses for every budget, there are different Planners for every budget. We have different packages, and you can choose one that meets your needs.

Qn:  What are your fees?

An:   Again, we have different packages. Some packages have fixed fees while others are negotiable. Price is what you pay, but value is what we get. We assure you of our commitment to making your wedding memorable that is our overriding promise.

Qn:  I want to plan my own wedding but I would like some of your advice. Is there any way to get your advice without becoming a full planning client?

An:  Yes, We have a Wedding consultancy package with a fixed fee. Please refer to our package write-up for details.

An:  Not at all. You will be directly involved in all price negotiations with the selected vendors. No vendor will be selected without your input on all issues including their price.
